A mixer, real butter at room temperature, along with your eggs, and heavy cream. I wouldn’t say I like cinnamon; I prefer whole milk and sometimes use cake mix. I only use Duncan Hines, and this is not an endorsement; it is my preference. I understand that people have allergies, and it is okay. I understand that. I just have my own methods and would recommend you do the best you can.
